I closed my first loan as a Mortgage Broker in December of 1976. I've made a living helping borrowers help themselves. I was there when the new "Variable Interest Rate" (VIR) mortgage was launched. I've been through all the market swings since 1972 and survived. I've worked with a wide range of lending institutions, including, Service Corporations, Savings and Loans, Savings Banks, Banks, Credit unions, Insurance Companies and private parties. I have helped borrowers coordinate third party services, such as, escrow, title, attorney's, termite reports, appraisal request, etc. I've originated, processed, funded, recorded, sold and serviced mortgage loans. I'm well verse in the world, referred to as, the mortgage industry. The mortgage brokerage industry originates more mortgage loans than any other lending group in the U.S. Since 1976, as a mortgage broker, I've met with thousand of clients and developed a unique perspective relating to borrower issues. "What's my payment?" is a key question. The key to obtaining the best available mortgage loan program is understanding the originator's "Good Faith Estimate". I bring to the table a valuable insight into the world of mortgage lending. My RELDT® service provides information that will help create lender competition for the member's mortgage loan origination business. Information is king and I provide insider information.
